Hassle-free Returns
We gladly offer a 30-day trial period with your Knack product. If you're not satisfied by day 30, you can return your Knack for free with no questions asked, even if you've traveled around the world with it.
To return a Knack product, simply go to the Returns Center and follow the return process there. For returns shipped within the US, we'll even cover return shipping costs.

Factory Seconds Items: A few times a year we will offer “Factory Seconds” items to our Knackpacker community. Products marked on the website as “Factory Seconds” are sold “as is” and they are not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
