What is the 30-day Satisfaction Promise?

We gladly offer a 30-day trial period with your Knack product. If you're not satisfied by day 30, you can return your Knack for free with no questions asked, even if you've traveled around the world with it.

How do I return my Knack?

We have made it very easy for you to return your Knack laptop backpack, packing cube or accessory. Simply go to the Returns page and follow the return process there. For orders returned from the US, we even cover return shipping costs.

For returns from Canada please ship via Canada Post to Knack Inc, c/o Barrett Distribution, 301 Cottontail Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873.

Do you offer exchanges?

Absolutely! As long as either your backpack, packing cube or accessory is within the 30 day trial period, you can request an exchange (or a return) on the Returns page.  

How do I exchange or return a gift?

If you were lucky enough to get a Knack bag as a gift but you think you’d like a different bag at the same price, feel free to exchange it within 30 days of receiving your gift.  Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds without the original credit card and order information.

Do your laptop bags or packing cubes have a Warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you have any issues with either your expandable laptop backpack, packing cube or accessory after your 30-day trial period, please let us know. We will review each request and make it right if we feel your bag didn’t perform as it was designed to.

Are Factory Seconds items eligible for returns or exchanges?

No. A few times a year we will offer “Factory Seconds” items to our Knackpacker community. Products marked on the website as “Factory Seconds” are sold “as is” and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
