US Shipping Options
While shipping in the US for orders over $50 is always free, sometimes we offer free shipping on all orders regardless of size. There are several shipping options depending on your order size. Shipping costs for various options are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. To view shipping costs, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Canadian Shipping Options
Shipping in Canada depends on order size although we do offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Shipping costs for various options are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. In addition, Canadian customers will be responsible for additional fees and duties collected by Canada Post (approximately $70 CAN). To view shipping costs, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
International Shipping
Knack is excited to announce, we now ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. On our website, select which country you want your order shipped to, from the drop down menu at the top of the page. The site will adjust pricing to your local currency, and all taxes and shipping costs will be calculated prior to checkout. For International orders outside of these countries, many of our customers have used freight forwarders from this list. and have been happy with their service. There is an additional cost to this option.
Shipping Timing
All orders received before 12:00PM EST on Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped from our Rhode Island warehouse that day. Orders received after 12:00PM EST on Monday through Friday, or orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a US Holiday, will be processed and shipped the next business day.
After being processed, orders will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping method. We do not offer Saturday delivery unless coordinated directly with customer service at support@knackbags.com.
