To return or exchange a Knack product purchased outside the United States, simply email us at internationalreturns@knackbags.com and someone from Knack will reach out to you with further instructions.
Include the following information in the email: Your name, email address on the order, order number, reason for return
Please note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping labels can only be generated using Express Level Shipping Service at this time. If you choose to exchange your product, you will be billed the cost of the return shipping label. Once paid, we will email the return shipping label to you.

Factory Seconds Items: A few times a year we will offer “Factory Seconds” items to our Knackpacker community. Products marked on the website as “Factory Seconds” are sold “as is” and they are not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
