What is the average turn around time for customized orders?
The average lead time for delivery of custom embroidered Knack Pack is 2 - 3 weeks after a sew out sample is approved. Please note this lead time increases to approximately 4 weeks around holidays.
What if I want to order 5 small and 5 medium Series 1 Knack Packs? Does that see the 10 unit minimum requirement?
It sure does. As long as your total order adds up to 10 Knack Packs, you can receive discount pricing for your custom logo laptop backpack. This also covers colors. So if you want to order 5 Savile Gray and 5 Stealth Black customized Knack Packs, you still get the discounted price. When mixing colors however, you should confirm your custom logo looks great on both colors of backpacks.
Do you offer special pricing for Knack’s travel accessories?
Yes! If you want to totally WOW your employees or business associates, you can purchase packing cubes, compressible shoe bags, travel locks, or all of the above at discounted prices to go with their Knack Pack. Does Knack do the embroidery of the logo design?
Knack does not embroider our Knack Packs. We have partnered with a top 100 rated promotional products distributor to complete this step and their work is amazing.
