About Knack

Knack sprang from the simple observation that too many people were carrying too many bags at the same time. This aha moment spurred our passion to live a One Bag Life. So we pulled together a dedicated group of frequent travelers and bag enthusiasts––from Tumi, Coach, North Face, Samsonite, and eBags––to create the one bag that’s clever enough to replace two.

A minimalist bag ideally sized for everyday/commute as well as weekend travel. Easily fits 2-3 days of clothes. It’s also a great duffel bag; just hide the straps and grab it by the side handle! The computer sleeve lacks a false bottom; be cautious dropping in a laptop. Also, the water bottle compartment intrudes into the main compartment reducing space. My only 2 minor gripes. Overall, this bag is incredibly well designed… and It looks bad-ass cool!. Go donate your daily backpack, travel bag, and duffel bag… this one backpack does it all!

This bag is helping me go minimalistic! Since discovering the joys of merino tech garments, I have been heading towards being able to go anywhere for any amount of time with only a backpack. I love that this allows me to use it daily as a backpack, so it has all of my technology and EDC already, and then with one unzip, I suddenly have room to carry enough clothes to get me through a week, and it still fits under the seat in front of me easily.
