I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to leave one in this case because I love the Series 2: Medium. I did a lot of research before buying this bag. I finally pulled the trigger in December of 2021, Merry Christmas to me. I work from home, but use the Knack to bring my work stuff to get out of the house and hit the coffee shop or library or whatever. I have also used it for single-bag business travel on short trips and as my general go-to backpack. I have had no complaints and it still looks great over three years later. My MacBook Pro 16" fits in the sleeve perfectly, and the whole thing gives me room for what I need without looking baggy/floppy. The fabric still looks clean, and the zippers are smooth. Would buy again!

Long-time V1 owner. When I finally wore out the bag (which was really just small things like the original rubber zipper pulls, etc.) I ordered another V1. Lo and behold, every little tweak I wanted in the first version was made in the second. The metal zipper pulls, the deeper water bottle and glasses/phone pocket, and the luggage pass-thru make this my perfect bag. And the gray looks really classy. Can’t recommend enough.
