Shipping Questions

That depends on what shipping option you choose when you check out and where you live.

Our free Continental US ground shipping typically takes 2-6 business days to arrive after shipping from our Rhode Island warehouse. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can take up to 3 weeks for delivery (but still free for orders over $50). You can also choose two-day or next-day shipping for an additional cost if you just can’t wait to get either your Knack Pack or your Knack packing cube!

For International countries we currently deliver to (Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom) deliveries can take up to 15 business days. Express Shipping Service is available for an additional cost to the previously listed countries, with delivery taking up to 5 business days.

Any orders placed after noon EST, on Friday, will ship on Monday afternoon. However, shipping carriers consider Tuesday the first full day/business day of shipping. Please note any orders placed before noon on Friday will ship on Friday, however Monday will be considered the first full day/business day of shipping.  

We use FedEx Ground Service. With FedEx 2 day and FedEx Overnight service, Saturday deliveries are sometimes possible. However, you must request Saturday delivery at support@knackbags.com prior to placing your order. Since FedEx is not able to make Saturday deliveries to all locations, we must first check if Saturday delivery is available to your location. To deliver by Saturday, the order must be placed before noon on Thursday or Friday. FedEx does not deliver on Sundays.

Shipping is free in the United States and Canada for orders over $50 (although we do offer free shipping promotions on all orders from time to time) for ground shipping. Two-day shipping and next-day shipping rates vary depending on how many bags you purchase. 

Shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada is an additional cost, along with duties and tariffs, which are paid at time of check out. Please check out Shipping Info for more details.

First action is to check EVERYWHERE. FedEx will put packages over fences, behind grills, under bushes to keep them safe and out of sight. Second action is to check with members of your household, your neighbors, and/or your mailroom. Often people being helpful, forget they were being helpful and they took your package in for you. Third action is to reach out to support@knackbags.com. Send us the details and we can proceed with necessary steps.  

At this time we are excited to announce Knack now ships to Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden,  and the United Kingdom, in addition to the U.S. and Canada. For customers outside of these areas, please consider using a freight forwarder from the following list: Freight Forwarders to handle the shipping of your international order.
