Can i cancel my order? I ordered the wrong color by accident.

If you’ve placed your order in error or accidentally purchased the wrong size, email us at support@knackbags.com as soon as possible. There is a chance we can stop your order before it ships. If we don’t catch the shipment, once you receive your Knack laptop bag or packing cube you can return it for free (we’ll even cover shipping for U.S. shipping addresses). U.S. customers, visit the Returns page to learn more. Customers outside the U.S. please visit our International Return Page.

Where can i find my tracking number so i can check the status of my order?

If you’ve ordered a Knack expandable laptop backpack or packing cube, you can check on your order status on our Account page. We’ll also send you a notification email and your tracking number when it ships. It should arrive quickly!

I received an email confirming my order for a medium knack pack, but when i click on the tracking number the website states it's invalid. would you please check on my order?

The tracking number is created at our warehouse, but UPS doesn't update it with scheduled delivery date and tracking information until they scan it at their facility (sometimes this happens by 6 pm EST on the date it shipped and sometimes this doesn't happen until 11 pm). Please remember all orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will ship the following business day.

I see you have a discount box in your cart checkout. does knack offer discounts?

We offer our products at the lowest price possible every day of the year, so we do not discount our Knack Packs. At certain times of the year, we do offer upgraded shipping options which do require a discount code. This is why we have a discount box on our checkout page.

I wanted to order a knack pack, but the one i want is out of stock. when will it be back in stock?

what sort of payment methods can i use to purchase online?

We currently offer multiple payment options: credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay Installments.

do i pay extra when i use Shop Pay Installments as a payment method?

For those who aren’t familiar with Shop Pay Installments, it is simply a payment plan for your purchase. It does not cost any extra to purchase using Shop Pay Installments. Shop Pay Installments simply divides the cost of your order into three equal amounts paid over 3 months. We just wanted to make it easier for our customers to purchase a Knack Pack by spreading out the payments.

Can i buy a knack bag in a retail store?

Not at this time. Our goal is to offer you a higher quality expandable laptop backpack or packing cube at a lower price than we could by selling them through a retailer. We feel our online store, excellent customer service, 30-day trial period and lower pricing gives you all the benefits of the retail experience without the hassle of the retail experience.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do. If you're not sure what someone wants, you can give them the ability to choose whether they buy one of our unique Large or Medium expandable laptop backpacks or, alternatively, a Knack packing cube or two.
