Can I switch the color of Knack Pack in a set?
The sets are set, and we are not able to make substitutions to the advertised set.
I tried to apply my discount code to the set and it didn’t work. Why not?
Our discount codes are only applicable for full-priced items. Our sets are already priced at a greatly discounted price, so they are not available for further discounts.
Are the Knack Packs included in these sets the same quality construction as the individually sold Knack Packs?
Yes. These Knack Packs are the same top quality, perfectly engineered, high standard units as sold on the rest of our site.
Will you be offering other sets?
We review our sets periodically, to confirm they consist of the best items for the sets intended use. So if you don’t see a set that has all you want, you can either purchase the items individually or check back at a later date to check out any set reconfigurations we have made.
