OK, this is probably a somewhat strange review, but bear with me. I received the bag in time for my trip to New York in December. The plan was to travel for eight days with both casual and business clothes. By opening the expansion area I was able to fit an amazing amount of clothes and accessories in the bag. This included clothes, laptop, tablet (along with the requisite cables and attachments), two books, pens/pencils. The two main compartments kept the clothes well organized and the large front pocket kept everything else in easy reach. I was all packed when a surge of COVID hit and we decided to cancel our trip. So, I did not get to put the bag into action, but I must say it looked marvelous. I have owned several carry-on backpacks and this one is by far the best. It gets five-stars for organization, for versatility, for strength, and for appearance. Can't wait for the next trip!

I got the large pack right around Christmas. I was able to use it as a personal item on a flight out to California, as a daypack at Legoland with my family, and as an expanded carry-on to hold more things we bought on our trip on the way home. It's organization system is excellent, allowing me to easily and quickly access things even in a cramped plane, and has allowed me to more efficiently manage all of the cords and technology I carry on trips. It was quite rainy while we were traveling, and all of our stuff stayed totally dry in the bag while wandering around all days, and the pack was comfortable to wear all day long. Overall, it was an amazing first experience, and I'm so excited for years worth of travel with this bag!

I bought this for my teenage boys to use. The large backpack held a lot for them on our last trip: PC for gaming, tablet, all their power cords, 2 winter coats, and many other small items. They think it is the best backpack ever!
